Billing Terms and Refund Policy
General
- We, Artrivo (PVT) Ltd, offer the following products and services
- Custom web and e-commerce solutions according to client requirements
- Software as a service solutions on a Pay As You Go basis
- All purchases are subject to our Terms of Service
- Software as a service solutions can be purchased directly from the website
- Different subscription plans may be offered depending on the client requirement
- The subscription fee will apply regardless of how much or how often you access or use your subscription
Purchases via Website
- Subscriptions can be purchased directly from the website and are managed and billed by Artrivo (PVT) Ltd
- All purchases made through the website are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway provider
- All transactions are handled over SSL and are PCI compliant. We do not store your credit card details
Payment
- For custom web and e-commerce solutions, you must handle the payments according to your contract terms as agreed with you and Artrivo
- For subscription solutions, you will be invoiced 15 days prior to your next billing date and you are expected to make the payment in full on or before your next billing date
- You will receive a grace period of 15 days from Artrivo to make the payment in full from your next billing date
- If any subscription fees billed to your account are not processed within the above-mentioned 15 days for any reason, your web solution shall be suspended automatically until the payment is made in full, and your web solution will show a services suspended notice by Artrivo
- If subscription fees billed to your account are not processed within 30 days of your next billing date for any reason, your web solution shall be terminated. Your web solution will show a services suspended notice by Artrivo and you will be notified that your services are terminated. If you continue not to pay, all your data will be deleted from Artrivo servers after the next 30 days
- In that event, we will give you notice of the variation at least 14 days before it comes into effect
- If you do not cancel your subscription within 14 days of the notice of the variation, you will be deemed to have accepted the variation
- You must notify us of any change to your payment method
- We will assume your payment method is correct and will continue to bill fees and charges relating to your subscription by your nominated payment method
Promotions
- We may offer special promotions, trials, discounts, offers, or coupons from time to time directly through Artrivo. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms and conditions
- Any such subscriptions will automatically roll over to a paid subscription unless cancelled at the end of the promotional period, or unless otherwise stated
Cancellation
- For custom web solutions, you may cancel the contract according to your contract terms. You will be refunded according to the service contract as agreed with you and Artrivo
- For subscription-based solutions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods as subscription-based managed web and e-commerce solutions are in a SaaS license model on a Pay As You Go basis
- Unless you cancel your subscription at least 72 hours before the start of your next billing period, you will be charged for the next billing period
- After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your web solution for the remainder of your billing period
- To cancel your subscription via the website, navigate to your account
- We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or any similar reason or event
